Faults on our heaters are rare, and there are a few things that you should check to see if you can find and fix the fault before getting in touch.

The LED on my radiator is constantly flashing.

Your controller has lost connection with the radiator.

Your controller needs to be re-paired with your heater.

If the display is not showing the icons correctly or is off, it's likely that the batteries have run out of charge.
Simply change the batteries and the control should work again, although you may need to re-pair the controller with your heater if the LED is still flashing after changing the batteries.

My radiator isn't heating up correctly.

If you turn the temperature up really high does the LED go red & if you turn the temperature down really low does the LED go green?

If the LED is changing colour when you adjust the temperature it suggests your heater is working correctly.
Try leaving the heater with the LED on red for around 30 minutes. If the heater is now hot, it might be that your program isn't set to best suit your needs.

My RCD/fuse is being tripped on my fuse board.

If your RCD/fuse has tripped there could be a problem anywhere on the circuit that the RCD feeds or on any appliance on the circuit.

As the RCD/fuse isn’t tripping when your heater is switched on, it’s likely that the problem is somewhere else on the circuit. In this case we'd recommend getting in touch with a local electrician who can make an assessment of the wiring and any works that might be required.
