Extended Support Service Notes

  • Price is per household for an annual contract, paid in advance and covers all radiators in that dwelling.
  • Telephone programming support is offered Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 except bank holidays.
  • Remote swap programming support is where we will program a controller for you and send to you.  You will need to pair with your radiator and return the previous controller to using the Freepost label provided.
  • Remote login programming support requires a WIFI solution.  It will require you to allow us temporary access to your account by sharing your password.  You are responsible for updating the password after we have accessed to maintain your privacy.
